Thia book is a massive help in my workout routine. This incredibly comprehensive work is great for people who really want to know just about all there is to know about calisthenics.
There is so much information and wisdom in here it's hard to overstate the value. The abundance and relevance of information justifies the price tag. It’s a long read, but the payoff is beyond worth it.

Overcoming gravity is a great book as a sequel. Has helped me tremendously. Primary thing i noticed is my posture improved drastically.

If you find that planning and logging your workouts is too much work and you tend to cut corners in your training this book isnt for you

Definitely worth the price tag and more
I am very pleased to say that for me the the abundance and relevance of information in this book justifies the price tag

I was looking for an alternative way to workout without weights i think it has something in there but i wouldnt know because there is no way i could delve into the complexity of the book and overall subject
