Pros
It's great for him to keep at the side of his armchair, ideal for the tv remote. Has proved to be an invaluable item and would definitely recommend.
Table feels sturdy and solid to lean on the braceside. Sturdy, easy to assemble and looks nice.
Once you understand the way the depressor bolt works, the rest is pretty easy. Great looking product.
Cons
Just tried putting this together, nothing less than a nightmare. While taking out of packaging is broken. Can't get it in. Any movement of the table, pushing or pulling it when it has something on top causes it to just veer right off the edge.
The top of the table looks good although is fairly slippy or things slide across it a bit too easily and have fallen off as a result. Quality control sadly lacking on this item. Honestly it's just terrible.

It’s different to criticise a table with adjustable height because it has adjustable height but that mechanism is the only thing wrong with it

The bolts on the bottom of the base stick out about half a centimeter

The last task is to remove the locking pin that prevents the table top moving up and down

I modified my table by attaching two thin battens at the long sides to prevent objects falling off

Gave 4 stars purely because it rises up when you are moving it and then have to lower it again
