The flannel lining increases the insulation enough that i can hold the pans for a short while though i wouldnt want to have to hold pans straight from the oven for more than 30 seconds or so

In regards to the construction of the gloves the “cotton” lining reminds me of the lining of a lot of cloth kitchen mittens that are made yet a tad bit thicker you can’t pull it out with a hang nail

Theyve been great when it comes to taking hot pans and things out of the oven but thats about it
