Another pannier issue is that the outer zipper doesnt close and flaps around even hits my wheel

Capacity it holds a change of shoes size 9 but i dont think it would work for much bigger than a 9 12 shoe if even then

For me they are unusable but ill just have to tie down the bag with the shoulder strap to the seat post in case the straps on the bottom fail
