Pros & Cons
Pros
Not too snug, not too baggy. True-to-size fit. My husband wears mostly larges, and this jacket was a little tighter than he likes.
The hood is usable, it seems to repel water just fine and it's very lightweight. The visored hood closes using a drawstring. There is also a drawstring hood that can be used when encountering heavier rain.
Sleeves are thin to the cuff with lightweight velcro closures -- this is nice as it doesn't make the cuff bulky. Cuffs adjust using velcro closures. One quibble is that the zipper is a bit rough to zip so far.
The jacket is lightweight and packable, but not flimsy. Easy to fold up and carry in a suitcase or back pack. Comes with a detachable mesh bag which can hold a water bottle.
Love the way it repels the rain, keeps me cool and dry. Made of a very lightweight, but waterproof fabric.
Cons
The label in the jacket indicates it is a 2x. Has all the functionality that i am looking for but when it's the wrong size, functionality equals zero.

Competitiveness
As a packable lightweight this is now my go to
Overall this is a very good raincoat very similar to the highend raincoats such as columbia sportswear but at a reasonable price
For a packable shell some compromises are expected so i rate this as ok
Even though it is a lightweight jacket its just a bit thicker than many others on the market

I think having the inside and outside breast pockets on the same side one behind the other is a bad design flaw because if you have a cell phone in one and anything heavier than a small note pad in the other it feels awkward and uncomfortable weighs down the jacket to one side
