Pros
Easy to install. Qr code takes you to some helpful installation videos. Every possible installation circumstance possible was thought of. Easy instructions and super easy install in less than a half hour.
The anchor bolts provide a sturdy base for the handrail. Don't forget to put on the base protectors before any other mounting, including the brackets. The maximum drop with the 12 inch railing is 9 inches.
Excellent communication and updates after ordering. Unlike too much disappointing products found on amazon, this one is a keeper. Way to go and kudos to this american company.

Would not repurchase from this company. Returned for refund. The return process needs a better policy of checking for missing parts.
When i tried to unscrew it the drill bit provided stripped the screw. Not only are they more difficult to put together, but the head of one out of every two screws stripped.
