This cord worked perfectly for what we needed. We have chickens and we live in a very cold climate. We have 2 heaters and a submersible water heater in out chicken pen. In the past, we had extension cords running everywhere, and had to have a couple of boxes to cover all of the plugs and protect them from the elements. This worked great! It cut down the cords to one, and we were able to go down to 1 outlet box to protect the connection. We also added a remote control adapter to the end that plugs in. Now we can use our remote from inside our house and turn all of the chicken's heaters on or off without having to go out in the snow and fumble around with plugs and latches on outlet boxes (which tend to break when opened and closed in sub-zero temps). I will definitely purchase again the next time I need an extension cord.  Read Less
