You really have to break it in to be able to quickly draw your weapon

Simply put the weapon in the holster halfway and twist

To break it in slip a bag over the gun holding on to the handle insert the gun in the holster with a twisting back and forth motion

There is no retention strap for your handgun but that would likely prove pointless for this type of holster
