This knife solves the issue of one side being more narrow than the other. If only there were a way to rotate it counter clockwise 90 degrees, might be a better grip.

This bread slicer is exceptional in its craftsmanship and design. Slices everything from a sliver to a slab without destroying the bread.

Cons

Knife is cheap, flimsy and did not cut bread. The appalachian bow saw is the better knife. What a disappointment.
