Unfortunately i had to buy a second pad when first one ripped easily when velcro stuck to it

There was no pad specifically for the top of the foot but the ankle pad worked well as it is pretty easy to adjust

I also purchase the ice unit

The pad is not designed to provide cold therapy above the middle of the foot
