Pros
If you suffer from diabetic neuropathy these socks are the best ones to purchase. You have a compression thats not overbearing. Compression is good and so far eliminates the pins and needles that cause my feet to hurt.
As a rn i’m on my feet all day so shoes/socks that provide comfortable foot support are essential. These soxs are the first ones i can sleep thru the night and not pull off. Quite comfortable and stylish as well.
They are cushioned in the toe area as well as the heel area. I love that they have a roomy toe area. The socks are left-right specific and cut exactly to fit with cushion supports in all the right places.
Cons
Diabetic socks are not a compression socks. Unless you're a person with tiny ankles of a 5 year old, these socks are very restrictive. These sock are listed as diabetic socks.
These are a bit snug to me, and for all the talk of extra padding i am really not feeling it. Look at his much they shrunk. Cuts circulation off.

It was impossible to find socks that fit had no bulky areas or seams to rub or bunch up my foot

If the socks were large enough to fit then they either bunched up or slowly slid down into my shoes over the day
