The only reason it didnt get 5 stars was that each capsule was individually wrappedflavor is 5 stars

I think lavica does this because whereas original nespresso pods are completely sealed and then punctured at both ends when inserted into the machine the lavica pods are preperforated on their bottom so they’d leaked if they tried to flush it with nitrogen

Why the difference i can’t say maybe it a proprietary thing maybe making pods out of perforable plastic cost more than individually wrapping them

Now you may think that having pod individually wrapped would mostly be a good thing

However the bags make the pods super bulky
