The second is the flashing blue lights not only are they beautiful but let you know how much battery is remaining which saves battery life so you dont overcharge it

The 6400mah is a pretty good amount of battery power for a unit that it just a bit bigger than a couple zippo lighters put together to give you an idea of the capacity an iphone 6 has an internal battery rated at 1810mah so this will give you over three full charges from zero on an iphone 6
