Update on the abovei use the sole that you make with the himalayan rocks
It is incredible stuff but creating sole is with the himalayan rocks and water

Its not cheap but i love the taste and definitely worth the cost

It is used as minerals in the impostors
I pay no attention to the mystical hoo haa on the packaging it is a mixture of minerals to me nothing more

There is a lot of misinformation that is very misleading about original himalayan crystal salt and imposters

First there was a group called parents of fluoride poisoned children who wrote an article and had their facts mixed up

They bunched all himalayan salt together even though there is only one original and the others are all knockoffs

At least several of these imposters appear to be quite high in fluoride and possibly other undesirable elements which as mentioned was written about by the group of concerned parents

If youve ever researched salt youd find that typical white table salt in its cleansed state is a lifeless chemical
