Using it for my 10 months old baby to sleep in the car seat this works well for head alignment and does what it claims to do so im giving it 5 stars
I purchased one for my son who is currently 6 weeks old it keeps his head from shifting around while in his swing and also decreases a flat spot from forming on one side of his head
