    The only downside is that it is incredibly sticky, and not only does hair feel sticky after using it, but the counter, tile floor, and all surrounding areas where it was used are sticky until scrubbed.

    I, too, made the mistake of using it as a hair spray intially, but once informed of the requirement of heat, it all worked.
