Pros

The smell of this product is incredible. I am very sensitive to smells/fragrance. Favorite hairspray-costly but worth it.

Great hold without stiffness or dulling the hair. Don’t put the pressure directly on the top but press in back opposite the nozzle. The smell of this hairspray is great.

Cons

Made me wonder if we are purchasing seconds/defective merchandise. Do not buy from amazon.

The spray works the 1st few times & then stops working. The spray nozzle doesn't depress to spray. Also, the spray leaves a crusty film in the hair.

Amazon is zero help in getting any resolution. Offered to refund $13. Can't access their a-z guaranteed return policy online.

This hairspray has a "soft" hold, not firm as advertised. Go to your local salon to purchase instead.
