Price
The price was slightly higher than what i was paying at the big box store but it is nice that i can have it delivered to my door
Packaging/appearance
The packaging on this is great and resealable
This is great to use as a replacement for cornstarch
The one improvement they could make is to seal the ziplock on the package
Competitiveness
Its also a good value for three pounds of glutenfree organic flour
A lot of people purchase rice flour in order to make glutenfree baked goods
It is slightly gritty but so is all glutenfree flour and it only takes some getting used to

There is no odor or smell to the flour which sometimes is the case if the product gets stale

If youre hoping to make garaetteok korean rice cakes or mochi japanese rice cakes do not buy this and get glutenous or sweet rice flour
