The tea comes out vibrant and crisp with exactly the flavor body and depth i prefer. Not too astringent, it is not too sweet, not is it too savory. This tea is worth every penny! It is soft, flavorful and it does not leave a harsh aftertaste.

The tea is a soothing blend of oolong and rose. I was introduced to the rose oolong flavor at a local japanese ramen restaurant. I mix it with rooibos or another chai sometimes, but it is just great on it's own.

I love the way it relaxes you yet rejuvenates you when you drink it. I take a tablespoon of the dry tea and put it in a glass carafe and let it sit for a while. I drink my tea with a slight sweetener which also brings out the tea flavor as well.

This oolong is my first cup and i am deeply disappointed. There is lemongrass and ginger and it completely overpowers the rose scent/flavor. It's value for the money if you only need to be energized, but for sure not authentic.
