Use it in a smoothie every morning for breakfast and it keeps me going till lunchtime. My favorite way is to juice 3 or 4 apples (1 sweet 2 tart) and 1/2 to 3/4 whole lemon (with rind) a little pineapple is good too.

The bad thing about this one is that it would not completely dissolve. Since the seal was already broken, it makes me wonder if this product is safe to consume. Changed to drinking straight wheat grass and the problem is gone.
