Horsetail can deplete vitamin b1 so be careful when taking for to long maybe take a b complex

Ive always had soft nails but prior to starting with this product my nails had got a lot worse they were flaking and breaking daily and i had to keep trimming them really short

I would say it took 2 months on this product to make a difference noticing the increase in nail strength after 3 months all of a sudden
