My body is very sensitive to iodine and i have to slowly increase the amount to not overload my system. The capsule is not too big for anyone who has trouble swallowing. I am glad it works for me because i love to walk my dog without a cane at the age... Read More

Contains hypromellose. The capsule is made out of plastic. Well this smells horrible!
