Its also one of the cheapest protein powders on the market if you buy it through trader joes not amazon

I add two more tsps of organic coconut sugar which is low glycemic and stabilizes blood sugar one tsp organic vanilla and a tsp of trader joes instant coffee and 1 cup almond milk then ice water and ice cubes to top of tall shaker

You should just take the trip to trader joe’s though because it’s only 12 dollars in store for the same size
