Pros & Cons
Pros
The potting mix is the perfect size for the containers i used. My four phalaenopsis orchids look perkier already.
Cons
A week later, all the flies hatched and my windowsill is a cloud of gnats. Lost my 3-month battle against the insect infestation and threw all the plants in the garbage.
Enough for one orchid in a small cup. The bark breaks down easily, does not retain water.
Highlights
Quality
The soilbark is great quality and my plants are thriving in it
This is exactly the perfect mixture of bark and other materials for the optimal care of your orchids
So hard and not easy to spread
My orchids perked up noticeably within an hour after repotting
Price
Either way it is priced nicely and i would recommend this product
Expensive for what you get i think
Shipping
And it took a long time for delivery
Packaging/appearance
I also really like the handle on the bag that makes it easy to pour and that the packaging is resealable
Nicely packaged in a reclosable bag didnt see any bugs
Competitiveness
So i will continue to use and purchase but may experiment with some other brands
