Pros
Worked great. Goes on smoothly and high smoke point. Love146 and global orphan project (go project) take care of child trafficking survivors and tying to tackling the child trafficking problem itself.
Linseed and flaxseed are two names for the same thing. Flaxseed oil is the way to go on cast iron. It hardens better than other oils when heated and dried.
It tastes great and is a healthier oil for you. The flavor is amazing! Love having this organic plant-based source of omega 3.
Cons
This flaxseed oil tastes horrid. The taste is so awful that i take a spoonful and follow it immediately with a * of pepsi just to keep from gagging. The fishy smell and taste are an indicator that this oil is rancid.
