Pros

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet 1-2 times a day, which gives you at least a one month supply. The gel capsules are easy to * and do not give any aftertaste.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. The packaging is great and secure as are the quality of the softgels themselves. Not overpowering like some flaxseed supplements.
