I have a juice or smoothies every morning and mix chlorella powder spirulina powder and chia seeds or flax seeds into it every morning and blend vigorously it really doesn’t taste good i don’t care what fruit you blend with it

My favorite smoothiesjuices veggies heavy handful of kalespinach mix 2 pieces of celery stalk fruits i prefer either mango or mango strawberry basically a handful of each berries typically a handful of any combo of strawberries blueberries andor blackberries protein scoop of whey powder for weight loss or muscle depending on what you want it for

If necessary add 23 stevia packets or 12 tablespoons of agave syrupanother great smoothie if you want something a little more decadent is veggies heavy handful of kalespinach mix 2 pieces of celery stalk fruits 1 full banana sauces 24 tablespoons of peanuts butter however much you like and whether you like crunchy or creamy both delicious if it isn’t a weight loss or if it’s a cheat day add a little bit of bottle squirt chocolate like what you’d make chocolate milk with protein scoop of whey powder for weight loss or muscle depending on what you want it for
