Pros
Organic ceylon cinnamon is a premium, and this was a good price for the quantity. Powdered but looks and taste like organic. Use this bag to refill an old shaker container when cooking/baking.
It smells great and mixes well into everything. I really enjoy the taste of this cinnamon, and it's healthier for you and better for your liver than cassia cinnamon.
Cons
This product tastes good, smells good, but texture is awful. It seems like they are selling mouldy wood powder / sawdust with a hint of cinnamon. First of it has a mildewy scent, it’s grainy instead of a fluffy powder.
Do not recommend this product. Just terrible. Have no idea how this has such a high rating! Customer service is terrible.
There are many smaller chips that the strainer holes were too big to remove. Even sifting all the junk out of it stoking couldn’t use it.
