Pros

Trampoline is sturdy, easy to put together and sharp looking. The outer net is very well built. It was damaged, but amazingly still intact. One came loose and the winds bent it crazy!

A 13 year old spends atleast 5 hours a day on it rain or shine. Son is 5 years old, and unless cousins come to play about 1x every 2 months, its just him on it.

I love a little though the vendor put into the product, such a little things but clearly makes their products stand out. Highly recommend. Thank you again, pearl.

Quality is top notch. No complaints. Excellent customer service.

Cons

I hope others take this to heart before deciding to purchase such an expensive item from a company that not does appear to care about children's safety or customer satisfaction. There was a bag of parts that were not included in the instructions.

This trampoline is worth every penny and the kids have already spent many hours enjoying it

The second was 2 years ago and was a 225ish one from amazon

The cost is a bit high but everything is costing more week by week

I had a new net in a timely manner

She was very quick to respond and the parts i needed arrived quickly as promised

She sent status updates almost everyday and even checked in afterwards to ensure i received the parts after the package was delivered

I emailed orcc who was able to promptly send me replacement parts at no charge

Not only did they reship the missing box they even tracked it for me and kept me up to date via email

Competitiveness

Other trampolines like it were at least another 100 on price so i feel like this was a great value for the cost

We ordered this trampoline and spent a little more than the other brands in hopes that it would last longer and be more durable

Our friends had bought other brands that were less expensive but they didnt last

There are several others on the market for less but the quality and customer service along with this trampoline is unparalleled
