The threads are very well machined and came oiled, along with the o-rings. With it being all metal, there are no * (no matter how magnetic) to fail. This has to be one of the best rotary switches i have ever used.

A good dive light is, perhaps, one of the most vital and underrated pieces of equipment that a diver can carry with them. It can stow so nicely under your d-ring on your harness compared to other lights.

It's bright enough to looking holes during the daylight if you’re close to them. The spill is also quite good, and the flashlight illuminates a pretty large area.

Make sure you occasionally lube the o-rings with something that is rubber-safe. Battery life is fine, we typically do one hour dives from the boat, and the battery lasts at least that long.
