Pros

It tastes fine on its own but also mixes well. It still is very tart but way easier to get a child to sip it this way. Even my toddler loves to drink it.

I'm super duper dehydrated, which is why i need two packs most days. Never had an issue with cramps, even when going 70 or 80 miles. No longer suffer from painful cramps in my calves, feet or my oblique!

Trioral helps with the orthostatic intolerance associated with me/cfs. Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (pots) is challenging.

Cons

If i'd known it would already be 1 year into the 3 year expiration period i would not have purchased it. Gagging this down is next to impossible. Ad says 100 packets. Box says 100 packet.
