This toothbrush is not soft at all. What they consider soft is more like hard and hurts my teeth and makes my gums recede. It really is stiff as a board.
I have been duped by the advertisement. First order, received opened toothbrush with a self-made sticker stating new. Second order, replacement, same thing.
