The only downside is the packaging its a huge amount of protein in a plastic bag rather than in a tub the seal to reseal the bag is very poor and i couldnt get it to work so i transferred the protein to an old big protein tub

Very good quality product however chocolate peanut butter is harder to mix than banana

One serving is actually 2 scoops of this and they are a monstrous size 2 shakers required for one serving 1200 cals
