Pros
The directions on the container are kinda weird but makes sense if you're not dumb lol. Tastes great with peanut butter or fruit! I only wish there were a variety for those who have problems digesting milk and or soy.
It’s crazy how fast i’m gaining. They do this to pump up the numbers for calories and protein.
Cons
One scoop barely fits in my mixer. When i say scoops i mean gigantic containers that barely fit through the container opening.
