Its definitely top tier in its category. Subbed for awhile now. I retained the cotton that came with the bottle so that the tablets are not affected by moisture.
Cons
The brand that we all trusted for years sells us the stuff that is worse than any other cheap supplements. Wont be returning back to these. The quality of their products has to be reviewed or they just have to stop selling their bs.
No amount of hydration seems to offset this. If you want a multivitamin that makes your urine extra yellow then this is perfect for you. My pee is bright yellow and fluorescent looking and burns when it comes out.

With the average diet youre not getting enough vitamins and i used to buy vitamin b12 c d e and fish oil and take them all separate but that was doing too much
