Pros

This vitamin gives me energy without making me jittery. The pills are a bit large but manageable. The taste is that normal weird multivitamin taste but not over powering. Overall multi-vitamin for men.


Cons

Supposedly all b vitamins are water soluble, so what you don't use gets flushed out. Stopped taking these after 3 days. Turns out that this product is the new formulation. Just garbage. I assume the company cut back portions to increase profit.
