Also on amazon is now, molecularly distilled, super omega epa. They like it. It's worth every penny.

The pills will noticeably soften over time. Recovery after workouts seem to be nonexistent, skin gets a little better, and my hair becomes thicker. Recommend taking this with the bcaa drink to help absorb the product.

Cons

The recommended dosage of omega-3 fatty acids is 1000 mg at about a 2:1 ratio of epa and dha. Optimum nutrition fails to provide a breakdown of epa or dha, the bottle just says it contains both. No point in buying this supplement.
