No lag or sync issues with blu-ray, netflix, or amazon. The sound is great. And the only issue i have is that the controller takes a few clicks sometimes to register inputs.

the remote is somewhat tricky to work. Customer service is also top-notch.

Range is very good as long as the sensor is pointed directly at the remote. The ir receiver is a little picky but it's not that big of a deal.

Cons

The thickness of the housing plastic creates a tunnel which creates an extremely narrow cone for successful receipt of the remote's signal. This thing's a frustrating mess. No sound output whatsoever either from toslink or coaxial inputs.
