It does fit but i fasten the velcro that wraps around the front to nearly the very end meaning its almost too small and the exposed scratchy part of the velcro rubs against my skin if theres no material between it and my body

I will probably just sew it doubled over at that point of the straps and sew a piece of soft material on the waistband over the scratchy side of the velcro instead of returning it and trying a size larger

My first day i wore it 8 hours and had to remove it before the end of the work day as it just became too restricting and i just felt exhausted in the shoulders

I dont think i could go more than 8 hours but try to wear it as long as possible otherwise theres not much point
