These would be best hanging on a 134 strap as was intended by optech

On a long backcountry hike i was able to keep by dslr fairly tight against my torso so i hardly noticed it was there but i could rapidly unclip it to take pics

It is possible to add a carabiner as a back up to the clasps but i personally dont as i know theyre strong enough

I also slip a 34 split ring thru the built in loops on my device and the attach another with loop of the strap
