So far it works like a charm and i am happy

    You cant tell the difference between ooma and your old landline

    We rented a vacation house for two weeks and just plugged the ooma into the router where we were staying and calls to our home number rang into the box just as though it were home we also had to take a regular phone to plug into the ooma

    I also have a couple of obitalk voip boxes which offer a cheaper solution the box is about half the cost of ooma and theres no monthly charge but the obitalk requires getting a separate number like a google voice number and doesnt have the same features

    I got this ooma voip to have a house phone for very low cost
