Sometimes my iphone doesn't sync with it automatically and i have to refresh the bluetooth connection but that's not a big deal and seems to happen with most bluetooth devices i own so maybe it's my phone.

One of the charging cables was not working when we got it but they sent one out that day and we received it a couple of days later.

But she did try playing music from her phone with the bluetooth and it seems to work great.

I watched the videos people posted, but the quality of the sounds was distorted by whatever the people were using to do the videos.
