Sometimes my iphone doesnt sync with it automatically and i have to refresh the bluetooth connection but thats not a big deal and seems to happen with most bluetooth devices i own so maybe its my phone

One of the charging cables was not working when we got it but they sent one out that day and we received it a couple of days later

But she did try playing music from her phone with the bluetooth and it seems to work great

I watched the videos people posted but the quality of the sounds was distorted by whatever the people were using to do the videos
