Pros

Closet top rod is 8 feet high. The hanger hooks work wonders, they reach the highest rods and allow you to pull down 1 item at a time. This hanger helper is the perfect weight.

Cons

This product is not durable the material is very thin. This is definitely not supposed to be used for anything other than picking up a single garment.

The pole bends at the connection and often comes unscrewed. After two weeks the bottom nut that holds the screw in place came out. Apparently it was minimally secured.
