The black clips are a tight fit so unless people arent attaching them correctly there is no reason why they should be falling off

That said the gold clips are very fragile and i doubt would hold up to a relatively minor drop

I know from first hand because i sat my phone in a holder on a treadmill that gave and phone dropped a good 4 ft onto its face and the case got a scratch but phone is safe and sound
