One a day men's multivitamin health formula is great, i have both my sons taking them they are 30 and 35 yrs. It's a vitamin, your not going to wake up and feel like * jagger back stage 1971, high as a kite.
It is weird but i feel sightly improve with energy and positive effect. I doubt that they would cure insomnia, but they made a noticeable difference to me. I feel more rested when i wake up.
In fact smashing them may add in your bodies absorbtion, maybe. God has a really cruel sense of humor in that way or something.
Cons
This pill is so big and uncoated and makes it very hard to *. It's like choking down a big * of sandpaper.
One-a-day is a prime example of a cheap, mass-marketed multivitamin. This vitamin fails in just about every area for a quality vitamin.

Its cheaper here than elsewhere and you dont have to drive ride your bike or on the back of a moped to purchase it
For the most part i am happy because the price of this large supply was very reasonable

I work in healthcare with knowledge of drug manufacturing and i can tell you for these vitamins the expiration date by no means indicate the vitamins are no good

The label dates are required by fda and had to be based on shelf life guaranteeing it until expiration date

If your doctor recommends that you take a multivitamin or there is some other reason that you feel you need to take a multivitamin one a day seems to be a good option

The texture is a bit rough and the pills have a sort of odor to them but they still go down easily for me and they dont leave a bad taste
