We all have to face this someday and this book helped me tremendously. Highly recommend, the book goes through all aspects of grief and covers even the most obvious topics.

Good to have a blueprint of grief. I read it 4 times and cried through it each time, bit that was very cathartic. The authors also use personal stories of their own grief and this adds a sense of realism to the book.

This book goes through so many different scenarios you might encounter after loosing someone. But from this book, i choose to share a list of poignant sentences that rang true and comforting to me.

Kübler-ross and kessler would admit that their book *prescribes* grieving more than it *describes* it. Episodic memory is just the flapping of wings, it is not particularly reliable at the best of times.
