For those having difficulty pairing this cuff to the correct monitor, i think the key is that the unit has a standard cuff and not a comfit cuff. According to the comparison grids on some of the monitor pages, relions are made by omron.

The pressure hose fits the base unit opening perfectly. This works great for my tiny little momma’s arms. Fits omron hem unit no modifications required.
