I was a bit intimidated by its dark forest green color and the smell, although not bad, not like something i would want in my smoothie (as frequently suggested).

If adding extra herbs, simply add more olive oil until the mixture reaches pesto consistency.

You will need to store it away from moisture, as i'm not sure how moisture proof the container is.
