With that being said within 2 hours of wearing it the seam around the neckline started pulling out even though it was not too tight or damaged at all

It has zero stretch to it so for people in between sizes my dress size is usually 1012 like myself id have to order up

The waist sits high on me on my lower ribcage but not at the underbust like an empire would be
