Pros
The enteric coating on these pills actually work! These seem to be of good quality and pureness. Very reputable company. They have a 5-star rating by ifos for purity and potency.
The pills are small, but have a textured coating that acts like a grappling hook for my * when it's dry. Never fried foods. Easy to * and no fishy aftertaste.
The pure epa version is far superior to the ones that have dha in them. Definitely beats the big supplement size of other brands.
When one eats fish, the oil goes to the stomach first. The pharmaceutical grade fish oil is steam distilled to remove the mercury.
Cons
